I approve of the license terms and conditions, as well as having 3HF Response AB, who owns and operates ansvarsfullt.se, invoicing my organisation for yearly licence. The license cost for ansvarsfullt.se during one whole year (365 days) starts at 7 995 SEK excl VAT and discounts. In the license all functions are included and no additional costs will be added.

General Terms and Conditions for the ansvarsfullt.se Service

3HF Response AB, 559021-5074, (“Response”) provides the service ansvarsfullt.se via the Internet on the website www.ansvarsfullt.se (the “Service”) for companies and other organizations. These general terms apply to agreements for licenses to use the Service entered into between Response and the Customer (as defined below). These general terms and the license agreement are jointly referred to as the “Agreement”.

The license holder (“Customer”) of the Service is a legal entity or a sole trader who, by registering for the Service in accordance with section 3.1 below, has entered into an agreement with Response for the use of the Service.

A user of the Service (“User”) is an employee or other individual approved by the Customer as a User of the Service and who has been granted access to the Service by the Customer.

1. The Service

1.1 The Service enables the Customer to structure, document, and develop its sustainability efforts. The content and tools provided within the Service may change in accordance with the Agreement.

1.2 After answering a number of questions regarding how the Customer works with sustainability, the Customer receives a complete report in PDF format showing results across a number of sustainability aspects. The reports are divided into quality, environment, and social responsibility, and reflect the Customer’s sustainability work in each area.

1.3 The Customer may choose to have a public or hidden profile. A public profile includes a page that can be shared with stakeholders to provide an overview of the Customer’s sustainability work. Customers who choose a public profile may also use the certification Ansvarsfullt Företag®.

2. Access to the Service

2.1 A license is required to use the Service and its benefits. The license is non-exclusive and valid for one year. The Customer obtains the license by entering into the Agreement with Response through registration on ansvarsfullt.se.

2.2 The Customer receives login credentials after its and its Users’ information has been verified by Response. Response reserves the right, for technical or operational reasons, to change usernames or passwords. The Customer will be notified in advance of such changes.

3. Customer Obligations

3.1 The Customer agrees to follow Response’s instructions for using the Service and to ensure that its Users do the same. The Customer also agrees to comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.

3.2 The Customer must ensure that Users do not disclose passwords to unauthorized parties and that passwords are stored securely. The Customer must promptly notify Response’s support ( info@ansvarsfullt.se) if a password is lost, disclosed, or compromised.

3.3 The Customer agrees not to use the Service to distribute content that may be considered unlawful, offensive, or in violation of applicable legislation, including but not limited to hate speech, defamation, incitement, pornography, or violence.

4. Responsibility for the Service

4.1 Response aims to keep the Service available at all times. Any service disruptions will be addressed as soon as possible. However, some periods may be unattended, and issue resolution may be delayed during such times.

4.2 Response aims to ensure that all content and questions in the Service are as accurate and up to date as possible but does not guarantee that they reflect all applicable laws or current practices.

4.3 Response is not responsible for typographical errors, data loss, or altered communications within the Service.

4.4 Response reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or changes.

4.5 Response reserves the right to limit access to the Service for Customers or Users who violate the Agreement or misuse the Service, and to remove any such content.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including branding, design, and technical solutions, belong to Response. Customers and Users may not use such materials beyond what is permitted in the Agreement.

5.2 The certification Ansvarsfullt Företag® / Ansvarsfull Förening® may be used freely by Customers who have completed all questions and have a public profile.

6. Prices and Payment

6.1 The license fee for the ansvarsfullt.se service amounts to SEK 7,995 excluding VAT per license period of twelve (12) months. The license fee includes all features and services provided within the scope of ansvarsfullt.se. No additional mandatory fees shall apply.

6.2 The license fee shall be invoiced to the Customer upon ordering the Service and thereafter annually in advance. Payment terms are twenty (20) days net from the invoice date.

6.3 Response reserves the right to adjust the license fee prior to a new contract period. The Customer shall be informed of any price adjustment no later than thirty (30) days before the beginning of the new contract period.

6.4 Unless otherwise stated, all prices specified in the Service or otherwise agreed between the parties are stated exclusive of VAT.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Response is not liable for indirect damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the preceding twelve months.

7.2 The Customer shall indemnify Response against claims caused by the Customer or its Users.

7.3 Response is not liable for service interruptions or technical issues.

7.4 Response is not liable for events beyond its control (force majeure).

8. Term and Termination

8.1 The Agreement is valid for one year and automatically renews unless terminated three months prior to expiration.

8.2 Termination must be sent to info@ansvarsfullt.se. Fees are non-refundable.

8.3 Response may terminate the Agreement immediately. Remaining fees will be refunded unless termination is due to breach by the Customer.

9. Personal Data

Response processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.

10. Changes to the Agreement

Response may update the Agreement with 14 days’ notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

11. Assignment

The Customer may not assign the Agreement. Response may assign it freely.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by arbitration in Malmö unless otherwise specified.
